TAXXI RIDE respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how TAXXI RIDE collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the TAXXI RIDE mobile application or website and its associated services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered through the TAXXI RIDE platform, including:

• Ride booking and dispatch
• In-app payments and receipts

We collect the following information when you use the app as a rider:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Profile photo (optional)
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Payment method — processed securely by Stripe. We never store full      card numbers.
• Trip history, ratings, and in-app messages
• Device type, IP address, and app usage data

3. Location Information

We collect your precise GPS location when you open the app to request a ride. Location is used only to match you with a nearby driver and track your active trip. We do not collect location when the app is closed or running in the background.

You may disable location access in your phone Settings, but this will prevent the app from finding you a ride.

We use your information to:

• Match you with a nearby TAXXI RIDE driver
• Process your payment and send a receipt
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes
• Improve app safety and performance
• Comply with applicable federal and state law

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as follows:

• Your driver — first name, pickup point, and destination during your      active trip only
• Stripe — to process your payment
• Law enforcement — only when legally required

We do not sell your personal information.

• Opt out of promotional messages at any time
