HOW TAXXI RIDE WORKS

Download the Taxxi Ride rider app on your phone and create your account. Enter your pickup address and destination, see the available vehicles, and pick one. Your fare will pop up. Then tap to confirm your trip. 

 Once a driver accepts your request, you’ll see the confirmation in the app. Check your driver’s details and estimated arrival time, then follow their approach to your pickup location. 

 Before you confirm, verify your pickup address, destination, vehicle selection, and fare. Once everything looks right, tap to confirm your trip.    Hop in and enjoy the ride.

 Follow along on your trip turn by turn in the Taxxi Ride app as your driver takes you to your destination. You can see your route on the map and know where you are along the way.    Feel safe and enjoy the ride.

When you arrive, complete your trip in the app. Review your payment, add a tip if you’d like, and rate your driver to share your experience.    Taxxi wants to hear your thoughts?
