Welcome to TAXXI RIDE.

By accessing or using the TAXXI RIDE mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of our services.

1. About TAXXI RIDE

TAXXI RIDE is a Transportation Network Company (TNC) that connects riders with independent contractor drivers through our mobile platform.

TAXXI RIDE operates in multiple markets across the United States, including:

• Tucson, AZ — launch market
• Phoenix, AZ — expansion market
• Portland, OR — expansion market

2. Eligibility

To use TAXXI RIDE as a rider, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide a valid email address and phone number
• Have a valid payment method on file
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may not share your account or allow others to use it.

TAXXI RIDE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

4. Booking a Ride

When you request a ride through the TAXXI RIDE app:

• You will be matched with an available independent contractor driver
• Fare estimates are provided before you confirm your trip
• Final fares may vary based on actual distance, time, and applicable fees
• A Safety & Insurance Fee of $2.75 is applied to every trip
• Minimum fare is $5.29

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By adding a payment method, you authorize TAXXI RIDE to charge your selected method for completed trips, cancellation fees, and any other applicable charges.

• Receipts are sent to your registered email after each trip
• Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the trip date
• TAXXI RIDE does not store full payment card numbers

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a ride request before a driver is matched at no charge.

Cancellations made after a driver has been matched and is en route may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations may result in temporary suspension of your account.

7. Rider Conduct

When using TAXXI RIDE, you agree to:

• Treat drivers with respect at all times
• Not bring open containers of alcohol or illegal substances into a vehicle
• Not request rides for minors traveling alone
• Wear your seatbelt for the duration of every trip
• Not engage in any behavior that endangers the driver or other passengers
• Not damage any driver's vehicle — you may be charged for cleaning or repair costs

Violations may result in permanent removal from the TAXXI RIDE platform.

8. Ratings

After each trip, riders and drivers may rate each other.

TAXXI RIDE uses ratings to maintain platform quality and safety.

Riders with consistently low ratings may be subject to account review or suspension.

9. Independent Contractors

TAXXI RIDE drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Taxxi Ride Limited.

TAXXI RIDE does not guarantee the availability of drivers at any given time or location.

10. Limitation of Liability

TAXXI RIDE provides a technology platform to connect riders and drivers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taxxi Ride Limited is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of independent contractor drivers
• Delays, route changes, or service interruptions
• Loss or damage to personal property during a trip
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which your trip originates.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

TAXXI RIDE may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
